High resolution images of features of Mars are available to the world now, through a new website released by the University of Arizona. Their project, entitled
HiRISE (High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment), is introducing to the public more than 1.7 terabytes of data from the HiRISE camera put on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, the most powerful camera to leave the Earth's orbit.
